Our company provides a neutral communication platform to connect automotive buyers and authorized sellers. We are not a motor vehicle dealer, broker, or party to any vehicle sale. While we strive to maintain a transparent marketplace and encourage mutual integrity, our company assumes no responsibility or liability for the conduct, representations, errors, or contractual obligations of any buyer or dealership using this service.
2. General Eligibility & Compliance
- User Eligibility: By using this platform, you certify that you are at least the age of majority in your province of residence and possess a valid driver's license.
- Legal Compliance: All users agree to comply with all applicable provincial and federal vehicle sales legislation and consumer protection laws.
- Reporting Misconduct: While we strive for dealer compliance, our company is not a regulatory body. Any suspected misleading or fraudulent activity should be reported to us and to your local provincial vehicle sales authority (e.g., VSA in BC, OMVIC in Ontario, or AMVIC in Alberta).
3. Buyer Terms
By submitting an inquiry, you consent to our company sharing your information with dealerships for the purpose of providing a quotation.
- No Obligation: This request carries no legal obligation to purchase a vehicle or pay a deposit.
- Pricing Expectation: You are entitled to an “All-In” final price. Any subsequent agreement or financial transaction takes place directly between you and the chosen dealership.
4. Seller / Dealership Terms
By registering and providing quotes, you agree that all quotations must reflect the “All-In Price” (Final Price).
- Inclusions: The price must be inclusive of the vehicle cost, all taxes, freight, PDI, administration fees, and any other mandatory levies.
- Add-ons: Optional accessories, protection packages, or extended warranties must be treated as separate, non-mandatory additions and provided only upon the buyer's explicit request.
5. Pricing Transparency Standards
In compliance with Canadian provincial regulations, all dealerships on this platform are required to provide “All-In Pricing.” This ensures the quoted price is the final price. Mandatory fees cannot be added to the quote after it has been submitted to the buyer.
6. Privacy & Consent (PIPEDA & CASL)
Your privacy is our priority.
- Data Usage: By submitting an inquiry, you provide express consent for our company to collect and share your data with participating dealerships solely to facilitate your quotation. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
- Communication: You provide express consent to receive electronic communications (Email/SMS) from our company and selected dealerships regarding your inquiry. You may withdraw this consent at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link in our communications.
